Virtual Assistance for Teachers (EVA)

This is a service for teachers, by teachers. Every teacher knows that one of the biggest tasks of the job is keeping up with paperwork.

With our Education Virtual Assistant (EVA) - teachers can have their own support system to help with this paperwork throughout the term.

1/2 Term and Full Term Packages
Teachers are paid to finish the tasks, and we feel the same way with our services. Our initial meet will be to set our goals and expectations of which particular subject/planner we will be assisting with.

In these packages you receive:
- initial video meet and greet: setup goals/tasks and documentation access
- a weekly online video meeting with your EVA to discuss your upcoming needs
- additional work completed as agreed in the meeting from EVA: documenting/preparing slideshows/filling in planners/proofreading documents (approx 2 hours per week)

These can be arranged for
- a new teacher
- experienced teachers who may be taking on additional responsibilties
- a Year level team who decide as a group to delegate certain tasks to the EVA
- leadership position teachers

We can cover
- filling in planners and education department documentation
- creating unit or topic specific slide shows and activities
- presentations for staff and regional meetings
- proofreading or and contributing to comment banks for reports
